Taco Bandits started as a late-night side mission and became a city ritual: bold flavors, clean execution, and no wasted motion.
Born in Los Angeles in 2019, Taco Bandits was built by a small crew obsessed with precision and street energy. We wanted a truck that moved like a live set: fast, loud in flavor, and always memorable.

Every recipe is designed to hit hard with minimal ingredients. Smoke, salt, acid, and heat do the heavy lifting. The result is a focused menu that stays consistent whether you catch us at midnight or on a private event block.

We are still independent. We still cook in small batches. And we still serve every taco like the line is around the block.
